Basil slowly speeded up as she came down the hill leading to a bunch of trees. She looked down at a few branches as she passed and stopped listening closely.

Basil looked around at her surroundings wondering where she was. She tried to look closer beyond the trees.

McKayla walked down to stay with the herd.

Basil walked a little beyond the trees and looked around. Basil thought she saw a few figures in the distance and trotted a little closer.

Jai quickly lifted his head when he heard something in the distance.

Jai sniffed the air smelling another horse.

Basil looked closer and saw that there where three horses.

Jai lifted his head and saw another horse.

Basil nickered to the other horse.

Jai threw his head back and foruth.

Basil looked at the other horse and trotted closer.

Jai stood there as the other horse got closer to him.

Basil stopped at the bottom of the hill and looked up at the horse.

Jai slowly started to walk down the hill.

Basil thought about running but stood still. Not sure of the horse.

Jai stood in front of the horse and looked her ove.r

Basil stepped back unsure of the stallion in front of her.

Jai lowered his head showing that he meant no threat.
