Leighton hurried down the buildings hall past the dorms. She stopped at the end and ran down a flight of stairs. She pushed through the door and hurried across the lawn and started walking to the principal's office.

Zack left the principal office and headed to his dorm. He put his key in his pocket as he looked around. He went upstairs and unlocked his dorm door and sat on his bed.

Leighton softly knocked the office door and stood still. When she opened the door she saw the principal rubbing his temples with a frustrated expression. "Sit." He said and Leighton slid into a chair.

Zack got up and started to unpack his stuff. He soon got done upacking his stuff and looked out the window. He then left his dorm and started to walk around.

Leighton left the principal after he talked to her then walked down a pathway. She walked down the path under the shadowy trees and to a strong stream of water and sat on a bench. She hugged her knees to her and looked at the water.

Zack walked outside looking at the time on his phone. He sat on the ground under a oak tree and watched as people walked back and foruth

Leighton got up after a while and pushed leaves off the path she was walking on. She looked around her and saw a figure under a tree up ahead. She started to walk over.

Zack leaned his head back on the tree and closed his eyes for a second. He felt his phone vibrate and jumped a little.

Leighton walked down the path under trees and sighed walking past the figure. She started skipping not noticing a bump. She tripped and fell down not able to catch herself.

Zack saw someone trip and got up to help them.

Leighton looked up and got up. "Thank." She said looking at the guy next to her. She relized he was the one that was under the tree.

"Your welcome" he said looking at her smiling.

"I haven't seen you around campus." Leighton said.

"I just got here." Zack replied.

"Oh." Leighton said. "That explains it." She said smiling.

"Ya" Zack said smiling back.

"Do you like it here so far?" Leighton asked.

Zack took in a deep breath and said "I guess so".

"Not the best?" Leighton asked laughing.
